Your role
Join us as our Digital Technical Support, your role will be responsible for executing the digital marketing projects from the clients by managing content for web and campaign emails.

You will provide hands-on problem solving and administrative assistance via multiple platforms, while closely follow the tight deadline for each digital campaign/ project.

 

Report line
Report directly to Project Management Team Lead.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Execute web management, publishing, updating and localizing web content and supporting on a wide range of content management systems (CMS).
  • Create landing pages and do web product management based on client request.
  • Create automation emails on Pardot platform including setting up, testing and deploying.
  • Participate in meetings/ seminars with Digital Marketing Specialists from the client’s side, acting as a consultant on email marketing best practices.
  • Ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Oversee the implementation of project/ campaign improvements.

 

Training period
Before fully taking the position, you will be required to train on:

  • Team structure/workflow of clients/ internal procedures.
  • Internal management systems.
  • CMS systems (Pardot, Umbraco, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Other internal workshops and training from time to time to continuously enhance the skills.

 

Working schedule
You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by the team lead:

  • Day shift: 9.00 AM – 5.30 PM
  • Evening shift: 3.00 PM – 11.00 PM

 

Requirements

We believe our future member should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, marketing, business administration or other relevant fields.
  • Tech savvy, eager to learn, set up, and configure systems and platforms.
  • Having knowledge about and/or experience in various CMS and CRM platforms is prefered.
  • Experience in coding, basic JavaScript and/or back-end management is a plus.
  • Solid organizational skills, able to prioritise and juggle between tasks. Have an eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • A team player, and an independent worker.
  • Proactive, willing to learn with a growth mindset.
