Internships in Copenhagen, Denmark

Do you want to strengthen your competencies in international marketing? Do you want to work across Asian and Western cultures? And are you thinking of kick-starting your international career? Then you are the one we are looking for at The Color Club’s Copenhagen department!

You will:

  • Work with further development and execution of communication and SMO strategy in Denmark
  • Develop sharp communication strategies
  • Develop relevant Google AdWord campaigns
  • Create up to date content, so we stay relevant to clients and are worth following on social media
  • Compile content for monthly newsletters
  • Make cluster analysis and strategic market segmentation
  • Work with CRM database
  • Create content for our newsletters, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn profiles

You:

  • You must be in the process of taking a marketing or communication degree
  • You must master the current social medias and you should be able to push us on the platforms that will come in the future
  • Are confident in writing in english
  • Are fluent in both written and spoken Danish
  • Have an advantage if you have experience from a similar position or from a bureau, but not a requirement.
  • Are able to use the Microsoft Office package and Google Drive

Practical:

  • The position is full time, but with allocated free time for school assignments and other study-related work.
  • We provide breakfast and lunch everyday.

Internships in Saigon (HCMC), Vietnam

The Role as Marketing intern:

  • Assist in developing new marketing strategies for our offices
  • Perform a market- and competitor research & analysis for the Vietnamese and European market.
  • Support content marketing executives in finding the topics, ideas that attract the audiences for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and websites.
  • Support the team in translating different Marketing contents in English – Vietnamese.
  • Support digital marketing executive in uploading content for websites.
  • Make social media reports every month.

You as a person:

  • Enable to work in an energetic and multicultural environment
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Drive programs
  • Proficient in English both in written and oral.
  • You are a well-structured person and prefer to keep everything in good order.
  • You know how to multitask between different projects.
  • You are studying Marketing or Social majors related.

Your Role as Creative designer intern:

  • Support to creative projects which are designing logo, stationery, graphic elements, merchandise, digital assets, and brand guidelines.
  • Cooperate with the Creative Director and team-members to make proposals and creative concepts for clients.
  • Take part in all stages of a creative process, including brainstorming, moodboarding, concept development, implementation, and final artwork.
  • Work with the internal teams to deliver the right and engaging solution to the clients.

You as a person:

  • Basic knowledge in working on branding and creative jobs.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Familiar with CVI/Brand guidelines, marketing, and communications materials.
  • Intermediate experience with motion graphics or UI/UX is a plus.
  • Open-minded, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Able to conduct office communication and understand clients‘ briefs in English.

Working schedule:

You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated on a weekly basis and scheduled by the team lead.

The Role as Project Management intern:

  • Support team members to monitor assigned projects’ performance on a daily basis
  • Preparing and updating project volume, materials, timeline, minutes of meetings, translate documents (if any)
  • Conduct a post-project review and responding to notifications to ensure all jobs are on track and well-noticed by all related internal stakeholders
  • Brand Management System (BMS) Operation: Prepare, create, and manage accurate data on the company’s project management system. Create and enter data to maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Maintain communication between production teams and clients to ensure that client needs are met.

You as a person:

  • Able to communicate in English in both verbal and written forms at an intermediate level.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and have a growth mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attuned to technology. Experience using project management systems, MS Office and Google Ecosystem is a big advantage.

  • Morning shift: 7.00 AM – 3.00 PM
  • Evening shift: 3.00 PM – 11.00 PM

Your Role as Graphic Design Intern:

  • Design marketing materials in both print and digital platforms following clients’ CVI (Corporate Visual Identity).
  • Adapt the key visual into many kinds of assets: promotional layouts, digital banners, POSM, etc.
  • Demonstrate illustrative skills through rough sketches and work on print-ready layouts.

You as a person:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Basic experience with After Effect or Google Web Designer is a plus.
  • Familiar with CVI/Brand guidelines, marketing, and communications materials.
  • Open-minded, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic communication skills in English
