Your role

We are looking for a Project Management Executive (PME) who has a strong background in either Project Management/ Account Management/ Administration and ready to transfer the skills and experiences into a truly international, digitalized, B2B working environment. Not just reactively solving client issues, but proactively detecting areas of improvement, and proposing solutions.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a project from start to finish, regarding:
      • Receive client’s requests, prepare materials and debrief to make sure the briefing is understandable and the materials are ready for producing.
      • Schedule and facilitate project meetings.
      • Prepare and deliver quotation to clients.
      • Job planning/time schedules: Communicate with clients to determine projects requirements and objectives.
      • Confer with project staff to identify and resolve problems.
      • Create projects and communicate with project staff using BMS system.
      • Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules.
      • Assign and book activities to project staff via BMS system.
      • Identify, review, or select suppliers or freelancers to meet project needs. Negotiate with suppliers or freelancers to obtain resources or materials.
      • Monitor project milestones and deliverables. Request and review project updates to ensure deadlines are met.
      • Continuously monitor and update project status in all stages.
      • Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
      • Perform daily/ weekly/ monthly data checks on the systems to prepare production records for invoicing, and make sure all data are filled out.
      • Prepare invoice for the completed projects and notify finance department to send to clients.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the production process of the graphic/ imaging assets.
  • Ensuring TCC’s customers enjoy a solid and professional experience.
  • Participate in creating a positive and reliable network of contacts and relations for The Color Club.
  • Negotiate and/or Consult clients and internal team on solving problems and best practices.
  • Report project status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, or customer satisfaction, to team leader/ managers.

Report to Project Management Leader and Production Manager.


Training period

  • Knowledge of project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to organization.
  • Encode system, Brand Management system, Course + Microsoft Power BI, Course.
  • Strategyzer: Value Proposition Courses + Havard online Account Management Course, to name a few.
  • Other internal + external systems, Courses.


Working schedule

We expect this position to have high flexibility and fluidity to engage with clients all around the world, operating and accommodating within different time zones. Shifts will be rotated weekly:

  • Morning: 7.00 AM – 3.00 PM
  • Evening: 3.00 PM – 11.00 PM



We believe that the chosen candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Project Management, Account Management or Business Administration, experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Confident in working with digital systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details.
  • A passionate inclination towards problem-solving, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The capacity to work as a team player.
  • Strong initiative and skills to execute actions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Vietnamese (additional languages are welcome).
  • Experience using MS Office & the internet (for research purposes).
