Your role
As we are growing and expanding our organization, we are currently looking for 02 Client Success Managers, Nordic markets.

You will represent TCC and be the initial point of contact for our clients in the Nordic. Using a consultative approach, you will be a guide for our clients to improve their marketing performance, with the focus on developing more business in Business Intelligence. You will be responsible for driving client adoption, renewals, upselling, and advocacy.


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Analysing potential client’s needs to build business cases.
  • Design implementation plans with our specialists in: 
    • Digital Marketing,
    • Brand Marketing, 
    • Marketing Production,
    • Business Intelligence.
  • Onboarding existing clients and their offices globally. 
  • Develop new training materials and virtual content to improve onboarding experience.
  • Take ownership of client feedback and collaborate with company leadership to help prioritize what we build together.
  • Build value-driven strategic relationships with your key clients leading to long-term development and retention.

The role requires an innovative mindset with interests in digitalisation, technology development and application, and a willingness to go the extra mile for our clients, providing them with excellent advice and service – in order to start the partnership, ensure their loyalty and continuous high satisfaction.

Located in Vietnam, you will be reporting directly to our Business Intelligence Team Lead, and will be working closely with colleagues in Vietnam and in Denmark.

You will be supported with our occupational development programs including training and coaching.


Some courses to be provided for your onboarding are:

  • Strategyzer (Value Proposition, Business Model Canvas).
  • Encode system, Brand Management System.
  • Microsoft Power BI.
  • Other internal systems and workflow.

To be successful in the role it is required to have a high degree of flexibility and fluidity to engage with clients all around the world, operating within different time zones.



We believe our future Client Success Manager should have the following qualities.

  • A relevant degree in business or marketing
  • 2-4 years of experience in client management positions, preferably internationally.
  • Understanding of Vietnamese and Nordic cultures and working environments.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Be a proactive problem solver. 
  • Fluent and strong verbal and written skills in English. Skills in Nordic language(s) can be an advantage. 
  • A love for new challenges and a passion for providing the best client experience.
  • Great energy, and a genuine interest for system, tool and technology development.
  • An understanding of today’s technologies full and an affinity for everything digital.
